    1. add support for StatusNet

      StatusNet is a microblogging platform with a Twitter compatible API. That means that all your excisting code will work with StatusNet, you just have to let your users choose the URL of the API.

      StatusNet can be installed on many servers. The one at http://identi.ca is the most known.

            good idea. maybe the you should be redirected back to the same page where you clicked on the follow button in the 1st place? is that ideal? or some other way? thanks for the feedback.
